"I had been suffering with chronic back pain for years (since my mid 30s) and I was advised that surgery was the only solution. I contacted a personal trainer and she advised me try Pilates and recommended Sarah.
 
Before joining one of her classes Sarah held a one to one session with me in order to assess what movements would be beneficial. I then joined a class and the benefits were immediate, my back felt much more mobile. The Pilates classes are small and friendly. Sarah gives individual attention when necessary while also adapting movements for people with specif injuries. She is encouraging and supportive, and very positive in her feedback.
 
Recently I have had an individual session with Sarah, in her fully equipped Pilates cabin. I found this invaluable in refining specific movements and will continue to have these sessions on a termly basis. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and pilates has helped all my health problems tremendously. The exercises do not cure the problems but help my body to cope more efficiently, thus enabling me to enjoy a better quality of life.
